How it works

hackergrep indexes public job posts from company ATS boards (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workday, and others) plus Hacker News hiring threads. When a role shows up for the first time, we can email you.

First-seen, not “posted date”

ATS “posted” dates are often missing or wrong. We key alerts on when we first saw the job, so you hear about openings as they enter our index—not days later from a repost site.

Search

Use plain keywords or boolean syntax: + AND, | OR, - NOT, quotes for phrases. Filters narrow by remote type, role tags, and source (HN vs ATS “hidden market”). Results default to the last 30 days.

Alerts

Enter your email on the search page. Confirm the link we send. You’ll get a daily digest of new matches for your query. Unsubscribe anytime from the email.

What we don’t do

Prefer Google site: hunting? You still can—hackergrep is the “already indexed + alert me” shortcut for the same public ATS URLs.
